Technical Verification
Our support engineers will review your request to determine if the hardware issue can be resolved via firmware updates or troubleshooting.
Ship the Hardware
Once approved, securely pack the items in their original anti-static packaging and attach the provided Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) label.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After our laboratory inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement unit within 5 business days.
